EKB - How do I get debug logs from edify applications?
Problem
When supporting users the engineer may request the logs from the user to help debug the problem
Solution
Unity based project which includes The Lesson Creator and standalone lesson like The Printing Press logs will be stored in the AppData folder in the users folder
C:\Users\marcm\AppData\LocalLow\Sublime Digital Ltd
Each App will have a folder in which has two log files Player.log and Player-prev.log
Logs are stored for the last time the app was running and the previous time. So when a bug occurs it’s important to gather log files straight away
