EKB - Lesson Creator - cannot download environment in lectern

 Problem

  • Cannot download the environment in the lectern

  • When I open blank lesson without this environment and try to download it via lectern it stays at 0% then tells me to check my internet connection (which is fine, other environments downloading without issue).

  • This can either be a public environment, and so everyone will have access to it or a custom environment

  • Opening blank lesson on version of Edify without this environment and try to download environment via lectern.

 Solution

For Custom Environments

Check your EdifyCustomEnvironment.json file, asking who provided it if your unsure.

Checking there’s not typos, i.e. double EE at start of name

Check base url, normally would be custom rather than testing

Check Azure Storage to ensure assets bundle and json exist with naming in json, Support engineer will likley need to do this.

For Public Environments

  • This may be an issue with the environments json file stored on Azure Storage, in this case speak to support engineer
