 Problem

How does someone add an article to the knowledge base?

 Solution

To add articles, follow the following:

  1. Go to

  2. Press the “Add new knowledge article” button.

  3. A new article template will be created for you.

  4. Fill in the information in the article and press publish.

  5. Then and this is important you must tag your article with a label (to the bottom right of the published article) so that related articles will be automatically linked together!

 

REMEMBER TO ADD LABELS TO YOUR ARTICLE SO THAT LINKED ARTICLES AUTOMATICALLY SHOW UP IN THE RELATED ARTICLES SECTION!
